Ms. Raquelle Rodriguez is an experienced litigator, who is passionate about helping homeowners and policyholders hold insurance companies responsible for unfairly denied or underpaid insurance claims. She is a Spanish-speaking attorney and a proud graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Raquelle began her career as a public defender, where she represented accused persons in criminal jury trials and honed her courtroom skills. After the Public Defender’s office, Raquelle litigated cases involving wrongful death and personal injury arising from vehicle negligence, premises liability, and general negligence, first on behalf of Defendants and then on behalf of injured Plaintiffs. Raquelle has since shifted the focus of her legal career on representing policyholders in disputes against the insurance companies.
