Mr. James Wilson is an experienced litigator who devotes his practice to seeking justice for homeowners involved in residential property insurance disputes, and people accused of a crime. Mr. Wilson began his legal career as a public defender where he defended misdemeanor cases as well as second and third degree felony cases in Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Wilson zealously advocated for his clients in over a dozen jury trials and hundreds of hearings. Mr. Wilson has conducted every stage of a jury trial and has thousands of hours of court room experience.
